• How can I get in touch with Customer support?

  Our Customer support team is based out of our Canberra, Australia. The team’s hours of service are Monday to Friday from 9:30 AM to 5 PM AEST (excluding holidays). We have limited support available on the weekends.

• When can I expect a response to my email?

  Our team is working very hard but we are experiencing very rapid growth at this time. While we are expanding our resources, our aim is to respond to all inquiries within 48 hours. Please note that our response times may vary during peak periods such as after product launches or promotions.

• What is the estimate for delivery?

  Delivery timeframes are an estimate only provided by our courier. We are unable to
  guarantee any times. Delivery locations in country or remote areas and orders
  containing dangerous goods sent via road courier may take up to 14 business days to
  be delivered. Covid has created some delays due to changes in delivery logistics that
  are not within our control.

• How long does an order take to process?

  We try to get to orders as quickly as we receive them and in most cases fulfill orders within 2-4 business days. Fulfillment times may vary during peak periods such as after/during product launches, holidays and special promotions.

• What if I had a change of mind?

  Once your order has been placed, we may not be able to amend or cancel,
  please contact us asap if you require a change in your order or would like to cancel. In
  most cases orders are processed and shipped out within 1-2 business days. Please
  allow 24 business hours for your tracking number to be emailed to you using the email
  provided.

• What if the product goes out of stock?

  If a product is out of stock it will be shown as sold out. You will have the option of a
  full refund and cancellation, store credit or a partial refund with the rest of the order
  sent out

• Is there any Shipment signature requirement?

  All Shipments over $200 require a signature. No requests for these shipments to be
  left unattended will be accepted.
